Washington Department of Libraries Employee Center Pro

Project Overview

This project includes an Employee Center Pro homepage and topic page built for the Washington State Department of Libraries, an organization that uses ServiceNow's unified portal to operate efficiently across its central office and nearly 2,500 branches. The soothing color palette and modern branding reflects the DoL's place in the diverse community of Washington state. The design offers a relaxed experience with easy navigation to streamline requests, incident reports, HR needs, and more.

Project Take Aways

This design pushes ServiceNow's unified portal outside its usual structure, incorporating modernizing features like the side navigation. As a bookworm, this project was especially fun to create since it allowed subtle nods to the book theme with dog-eared cards for the widgets and bookmarks to highlight favorites and important details. The soft color palette is easy on the eyes as users effortlessly navigate through the pages to find quick solutions and accessible resources.
